Railway DRM visits Italy


In a bid to improve work culture in the divisions, the Railway Board sent 25 divisional railway managers (DRMs) including Divisional Railway Manager, Waltair Mr. Chetan Kumar Shrivastava for 10 days advanced training course at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy.” The Prime focus on this training programme was on leadership and customer management.  The DRM executive leadership programme is designed to maximize learning through in-class activities to benefit railway officials of the DRM ranks and give impetus to various railway development plans in the country,” said DRM Waltair Mr. Chetan Kumar Shrivastava.
