SECL’s coal production crosses 41 MT in Q1

South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has delivered an outstanding performance in the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25, achieving the highest-ever coal production, dispatch and OBR in any quarter since the company’s inception. SECL’s coal production touched a new high at 41.95 million tonnes, the highest in any quarter since inception. Notably, in the recently concluded month of June, SECL produced over 14 MT of coal, marking the highest coal production.
