As part of the ongoing official visit of Andhra Pradesh’s minister for IT, HRD, Electronics and RTGS, Mr Nara Lokesh in South Korea, the Embassy of India in Seoul, organised a business interaction between leading Korean start-ups and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) CEO Delegation.
Organized under the leadership of H.E. Gourangalal Das, Ambassador of India to the Republic of Korea, the session served as a platform to discuss the India–Korea business ecosystem, emerging investment opportunities, innovation-led collaboration, and avenues for strengthening bilateral industrial partnerships.
In the interaction, Mr Ram Reddy Ojili, Managing Director & CEO, Kakinada SEZ and Kakinada Gateway Port Limited, presented the Auro Group’s vision and investment plans for Auro Industrial City, highlighting their integrated industrial and port-led ecosystem.
Appreciating the initiative, Ambassador Mr Gourangalal Das is said to have expressed his willingness to facilitate introductions to Korean companies whose expertise and business interests align with Auro Group’s strategic focus, paving the way for future investments, technology partnerships, and long-term industrial collaboration between India and South Korea.
Similarly at the session Auro Industrial City’s investment brochure, encompassing Kakinada SEZ and Kakinada Gateway Port, was unveiled by AP’s minister Mr Nara Lokesh while in South Korea.
The brochure highlights the integrated industrial and port-led ecosystem, showcasing Andhra Pradesh’s growing potential as a preferred destination for global manufacturing and logistics investments.
CII AP Chairman Mr S. Narendra Kumar along with CII AP Vice chairman Mr G Samba Siva Rao, past chairman Mr Murali Krishna Gannamani, Sri City founding managing director Dr Ravindra Sannareddy, CII member Dr Venkata Ramana Akula and many other business leaders participated.
