Accor Signs a 250-room Sofitel in Ahmedabad

Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, has announced the signing of Sofitel Ahmedabad Palladium Mall Road, marking the introduction of the Sofitel Hotels & Resorts brand to Ahmedabad and further strengthening Accor’s luxury portfolio across India.

Scheduled to open in 2030, the hotel will bring Sofitel’s distinctive blend of French living and local culture to one of Gujarat’s most dynamic commercial and lifestyle destinations.

Located in Thaltej, one of Ahmedabad’s high-growth micro-markets, Sofitel Ahmedabad Palladium Mall Road will feature 250 spacious guest rooms, five food and beverage outlets offering a mix of indoor and outdoor dining experiences, approximately 2,550 square metres. of banqueting and MICE facilities, a kids’ club, wellness and leisure amenities.

The hotel is being developed by Fanidhar Infra & Hospitality LLP promoted by Krunal Rajiv Bhai Patel, and Haresh Patel.

Through this collaboration, the partners aim to create a premium hospitality destination that responds to Ahmedabad’s growing demand for luxury accommodation, dining, MICE and social experiences.
