Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande, Director (Human Resources), WCL, has been conferred with the prestigious “People Centric Leadership” Award during the 19th Global Communication Conclave organized by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) at Goa, recently. 

The award was presented to Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande by the Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, in the presence of eminent dignitaries and leaders from across the country who attended the function. 

This honour recognizes Dr. Pande’s exceptional leadership, progressive vision and people-centric approach in steering human resources management at WCL. 

Under his dynamic guidance, several pioneering HR initiatives have been launched at WCL, strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, welfare, and capacity-building across the company.
