Mr Nitin Nabin, BJP’s national president who is currently in the city of destiny, Visakhapatnam addressed the Extended State Executive Committee Meeting at Vizag conventions and called upon karyakartas to strengthen dialogue, contact and engagement with the people and ensure that the development schemes of the NDA Government reach every section of society.
Addressing the future karyakartas of the Bharatiya Janata Party he said these Karyakartas are the ones who would realise the dream of building a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
“The Bharatiya Janata Party was formed not merely for power, but for an ideology, and that the party considered its ideology to be its strength.
This journey of ideology, sacrifice and dedication was pursued by connecting it with the principle of “Nation First” affirmed the national president of BJP.
On the Alliance
Speaking on the 2024 elections he said that out of 25 Lok Sabha seats, 21 were won by the NDA alliance, while 164 out of 175 Assembly seats were secured.
These figures he said inspired the organisation to remain committed to further struggle and stated that this victory was both a challenge and a responsibility that would motivate the party to move forward.
He added that the alliance of the Bharatiya Janata Party with the Telugu Desam Party and Jana Sena, development plans and the resolve for development were being taken forward under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Mr Pawan Kalyan and the party’s leadership.
“This alliance was not merely an electoral arrangement, but the beginning of a new chapter of development, which was being taken forward with a commitment to the development and service of the people of the state,” said Mr Nabin.
He urged all karyakartas to communicate the government’s schemes, achievements and party programmes directly to the people.
AP’s Economic Development
Speaking on economic development he noted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi, several major initiatives were continuously being added to Andhra Pradesh’s development.
“These include the Bhogapuram International Airport, major packages for the reconstruction of Amaravati, the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Greenfield Expressway, and the fifth-generation AMCA stealth fighter jet integration and testing centre at Puttaparthi” highlighted Mr Nabin.
He added that this was a collective effort that needed to be taken further through continuous direct engagement and dialogue with the people, which would ensure the successful implementation of government schemes.
The BJP organisation Mr Nabin asserted must be further expanded and strengthened. “The innovation initiated by Mr P. V. N. Madhav, BJP’s state president should reach karyakartas at every district and Mandal level” he said.
Meeting with Vizag’s Youth
Later in the day he interacted with the city’s youth at ITC Devee Grand Bay and urged them to work towards a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
“India will celebrate 100 years of independence in 2047 by which we aspire to be a fully developed nation. Viksit Bharat doesn’t only mean developing roads and infrastructure but all-round development” clarified the newly appointed president of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Calling them the future of the nation he sought their honest and constructive feedback while making them part of the nation’s development process.
He took questions from students across a range of topics from the NEET examination to healthcare to reservations to mental health etc.
Answering their questions Mr Nabin reminded them to not only discuss rights but also perform duties.
“We want the youth of our country to channelize their energy in the right direction” opined the BJP chief.
