AP makes a Steely Pitch

Andhra Pradesh’s minister for Industries Mr TG Bharath recently attended the 6th edition of India Steel 2025, held recently at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.

Speaking at the Andhra Pradesh State Round Table titled ‘Focusing on the Steel Sector in the State of Andhra Pradesh’ the minister highlighted the immense potential that the steel sector in AP presents.

The event organised under the auspices of the Ministry of Steel and FICCI saw Representatives of major steel companies from the country and abroad come together and participate.

The minister highlighted the mega upcoming investment of AM/NS India in setting up a mega steel plant in the Ankapalli region with a total capacity of over 17 MMT.

Mr Bharath urged investors to come and invest in the state and asked them to trust in the chief minister, Mr N Chandrababu Naidu.
