As someone with expertise in software solutions, Mali started sharing solutions to common software problems on social media platforms which led to start his own firm- Alpha Labs Tech Pvt Ltd – a software service provider based in Vizag.
By partnering with Zoho, Google, and AWS, Alpha Labs Tech Pvt Ltd offers cutting-edge technology solutions to businesses that may not have the expertise or resources to develop them in-house.
Often, businesses struggle with off-the-shelf software solutions that are not tailored to their specific requirements thereby leading to inefficiencies, data management challenges etc. The startup addresses these challenges by providing customized software solutions that can help businesses address their unique pain points and improve their overall operations.
Alpha Labs expertise in CRM setups, database management, reporting/analytics, and custom development allows them to provide solutions that can help businesses streamline their operations, increase efficiency, and achieve their goals.
“In addition to working with clients in the healthcare industry, my firm also partners with businesses from other industries such as solar and architecture. With over 50 interactions and 15 successful collaborations in the last fiscal alone, they have demonstrated their ability to work with clients from diverse industries and geographies, including India, Switzerland, and the US,” stated Mr Mali speaking to Vizag Industrial Scan. He further added that by leveraging AI, they can automate tasks such as writing emails and creating general FAQs, freeing up more time to focus on addressing complex issues.
The startup currently generates revenue through implementation and support services, with a smaller portion coming from commission-based opportunities.
