The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with National Institute of Technology (NIT) Mizoram.  During a meeting with a delegation from IIMV,  the Chief Minister of Mizoram, Mr. Lalduhoma, expressed his strong support for the partnership which offer students from engineering and technology backgrounds a seamless pathway to management education. 

The MoU was signed by Dr. S. Sundar, Director, NIT Mizoram and Prof. M. Chandrasekhar, Director, IIMV at NIT Mizoram. The Governor of Mizoram, Dr. K Hari Babu also expressed his support for the initiative in a meeting with the leadership teams from both institutions. 

As per an official release from IIMV this unique partnership brings NIT Mizoram into collaboration with IIMV’s hybrid modular program (Diploma + MBA), specifically designed for CFTIs. This MoU marks an important step in expanding opportunities for students at technical institutions, empowering them with both technical expertise and business acumen for a well-rounded career.
