Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, recently announced the signing of Lemon Tree Premier, Visakhapatnam which will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The signing expands the group’s footprint in Andhra Pradesh, where its portfolio now includes six operational hotels and seven upcoming properties.
As per the company this marks the group’s 3rd property in the city and 13th in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Lemon Tree Premier introduces an upscale offering to Visakhapatnam, complementing the group’s existing footprint in the city which includes the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Daba Gardens and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Gajuwaka.

The hotel will benefit from connectivity to key transportation hubs. Visakhapatnam International Airport is approximately 39 km from the property and can be reached in around 1 hour and 25 minutes.
The hotel is also well connected by road through public and private transport from major cities across India, offering convenient access for both business and leisure travellers.
