Sarda Metals wins big at CII Natl. Champions awards

Ferro alloys major Sarda Metals & Alloys Ltd. (SMAL) achieved a remarkable milestone by bagging multiple awards at the recently held CII Annual National Champions Trophy 2024 Competition.

The event brought together 139 leading companies presenting 156 innovative solutions in which SMAL emerged as a big winner. The company secured multiple prestigious awards, including the Super Champion Award (5S Champion of the Year 2024), recognizing its exceptional implementation of the 5S methodology for workplace organization and efficiency.

Additional honours included Jury Champion Awards in the Breakthrough Kaizen and MUDA Kaizen Categories, showcasing its ability to introduce transformative improvements and eliminate operational inefficiencies.

The company also received the Super Challenger Award (Challenger of the Year 2024) and the Jury Challenger Award (Innovative Kaizen Category), further emphasizing its dedication to innovation and sustainable growth.
